When you visit: Our host, Vercel, processes your IP address, browser, and the pages you request to deliver and protect the site, and keeps these logs briefly. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running the site.

Analytics: Amplitude records the pages you view, what you click, where you came from, your device and approximate location, and session recordings, so we can see how the board is used. In the EU, the UK, and Switzerland it runs only if you agree, and you can withdraw at any time. Elsewhere it runs on our legitimate interest. We keep this data only as long as we need it for that purpose.
Listing an event: The form collects the event details, your email, and optionally your name. We use them to review and publish the event and to contact you about it. They're stored in our database on Google Cloud (or sent to us by email), and kept while we handle the listing. Your email is required to process it. Event listings: We publish event details from organizers' public event pages, which can include a host's name. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in listing public events. To object or have it removed, email [email protected].
Emails to us: We use your email and message only to reply, and keep them while needed to handle your request.
Who else processes it: Vercel (hosting), Google Cloud (database), and Amplitude (analytics), only on our behalf. We don't sell personal data.
Transfers outside Europe: We and these providers are in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights: You can ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, to restrict its use, or object to it, and withdraw consent at any time. Email [email protected]. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
